Teaching Methodology
Our focus is on making learning at school more meaningful. The pedagogy adopted for classroom learning is ‘Child Centered’ which is interactive ,experimental and facilitative. Our methodology is multipronged. It encompasses the diverse ways in which children learn both individually as well as collaboratively. The active participation in classroom plays a predominant role in awakening their thirst for knowledge.
 
Sacred Soul Convent School follows a system of Assignments for every subject:
One or more assignments are given after or during a topic in every subject. Major part of these assignments include those questions which are indirectly discussed in the class. This makes the students think more deeply about the subject and thus attain a deeper knowledge.

Sacred Soul Convent School follows a Practical Method of Teaching:
The different laboratories in the school bring technology quite close to the students. They do practicals, face problems and solve them on their own or with the help of the teachers. This makes the students more innovative and sharper.

Our Teaching Methodology is Interactive:
We, don't believe in spoon feeding. We initiate a problem and engage students to solve it. Once they solve a problem on their own, it becomes a permanent part of their memory. Students enjoy studies more if they learn to derive solutions than to cram them.

Project Work
Students are told to make projects on different topics in different subjects during summer vacations. Project work aims at promoting self-learning and hone the research skills of the students. Apart from developing confidence levels and communication skills, project also enhance collaborative learning and team efforts.

Curriculum
The Sacred Soul Convent Sr. Sec.School believes in providing your ward a stress free atmosphere where he/she can evolve and learn in all fields. By following the activity based Early Learning Development Programme (ELDP) we create a steady foundation. Our continuous Comprehensive Evaluation system eliminates the pressure of overwhelming exams and ensures a holistic growth of young minds.

Sacred Soul Convent Sr. Sec. School designs a curriculum and tries to ensure that the students and their teachers have as much flexibility as possible to foster child centered learning S.S.C.S.S.S follows the CBSE syllabus within which, flexibility of methodology and the use of experimental learning system is strongly encouraged. The school provides an exclusive beautifully designed ‘PLAY ROOM and STORY CORNER’ named “Parent’s Pride” It is the favorite haunts of the “Tiny Tots”, providing them stimulating and fascinating environment.

Our Kindergarten
Children are like flowers, fresh and delicate, ever ready to spread their fragrance. All they need is a caring hand so that they can bloom in their own unique way. Taking the tears out of learning is our motto and mission and it has been our endeavour to make school a fun place, a breeding ground for happiness, creativity and individuality. Activity work sheets and booklets are worked out in the class rooms in an interesting way. Children learn to scribble, draw and colour various figures and scenes, Clay moulding is also encouraged.

Keeping all this in view various activities are conducted for the tiny tots every year like storytelling, Rakhi making, drawing and colouring activities, Poem recitations, fancy dress competition etc Celebrations of festivals and seasons add colour and gaiety to their activities. On the occasion of Basant Panchmi ‘ Miss and Master Basant competition is held. On Janmashtami all the kids are dressed up in gala costumes. They express their patriotic fervour by participating in flag making competition on Independence Day. On the eve of Diwali these little buds participate in candle decorating contest. On children’s day, they enjoy themselves by dancing to the tunes of music.

Every Thursday is celebrated as Healthy Food Day when along with taking healthy food; children learn good food habits and table manners.

Frequently these little ones move to the toy room to play various indoor games and pick play things of their own choice and rejoice. Outdoor games and races are their all time favorite. Moral values of honesty, kindness, helping others are a regular part of the teacher student conversation. Extra care is taken to groom the little ones to converse in English.
